This book is great for helping with all the questions you have when it comes to smocking. Every time I have a smocking query, I refer to this book and it really helps! It's easy to find what you want to know and it has great step by step photos and instructions. It shows some great stitches including Bargello Smocking, which I was struggling to find out information on until I discovered this book. It also has great advice with regards to blocking and pleating curved fabric. I'm not sure how I managed to smock without this book before as it has taught me so much that I didn't previously know about smocking. It's also great value for money considering the amount of useful content provided. I highly recommend!
All of ideas & useful information for all levels of expertise.
