Delivery Information

All UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st class post, Special next day delivery or Courier depending on the method you select at checkout. House of Smocking reserves the right to use alternative postage options as necessary.

The shipping rates for Europe have now been added but if your location is not listed, then please make contact for a shipping quotation. Shipping is by International Tracked or Signed, courier or for low value items, International standard can be available, please contact for this shipping rate.

If International Standard is chosen then no refund can be made if your order is lost in the post.

International shipping rates have also been added, any queries, please make contact.

House of Smocking should be notified immediately of any item that is not received within 3-5 working days for the UK, 10 days for Europe and 25 days for international orders.

All customs and duty charges are to be paid by the customer
